"4 days i have to walk around both towers because the doors on the hallway connecting east and west tower were closed. Than I paid 70 dollars a day parking and there was no spots many times garage was closed and I had to park elsewhere."

"For travelers looking for a cheaper option near the Loop, it's difficult to beat. A half block off Michigan Avenue and the adjacent Grant Park, the hotel is older and no-frills (it even has window air-conditioners) but it is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the front desk is helpful. If all you're looking for is a shower and good night's sleep, and don't mind walking a few extra blocks to access downtown, it's a great deal."

"I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected. No effort was made whatsoever to help guests except the easy response of saying a sharp "NO" with a stuck-up face. Finally passed the check-in time, 3 pm, but my room was still not ready. I told...
