"This hotel of two towers is located just at the beginning of Chicago river and Michigan lake. You are steps away from river walk and our room view was tithe Michigan lake. Very clean, friendly staff and busy hotel."

"Rooms are small and dismal; carpets are well worn. Hotel offers no food or coffee or water. Location is good, but that’s the only real positive to this hotel; it’s not a nice place to stay nor a good value."

"Great location. Good size room. Comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent for buffet. Liked the white noise machine provided in the room the help with noise from outside as the fire station was right across the street out side our window. Would stay here again."
