" The pool was quite small for the size of the hotel, and the gym felt dated and in need of an upgrade. That said, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently courteous and smiling. I personally wouldn’t stay again, but that’s mainly because I prefer a quieter hotel with gardens and a larger ground floor pool area. The sky bar was amazing, the drinks were on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it for the overall experience. "

"The property is extremely convenient. The concierge is OUTSTANDING. The service and breakfast and food are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean, but very dated—closer to 2000 decor and features than 2026. Would stay here again with lowered expectations for room amenities like USBC plugs and power outlets, etc. "

"My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again."
