"Nice looking hotel when we drove in, but… When we checked in and asked for the table for dinner there was no availability in any of the restaurants. So we had to go and eat outside of the hotel. We were only given one room key which made it difficult as it authorised the lift and the electric in the room. "The hotel was nice, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff helped us with parking, making reservations, and allowed us to leave our bags before we checked in. We did not get the breakfast with our stay, but they did have coffee and fruit available to us on another floor which was nice. The room was great and we loved our view of the lake!"

"Moderne, grosse einfach eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Getränke im Kühlschrank gratis. Habe eine Uhr im Zimmer vermisst. Ebenfalls wäre es toll wenn es bereits Kabel im Zimmer hätte um zum Beispiel das Mibiltelefon zu laden."

"Excellent choice for Lucerne. It was right in the old part of town in a beautiful spot. Around the corner were excellent restaurants with waterside seating. We were able to sit without a reservation but made a reservation for the following night at another spot no problem. Excellent service and a very spacious room. Highly recommend. "
