"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"I recently hosted my daughter’s birthday sleepover here with about 15 girls, and I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The staff was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating to our large group. They kept up with all of our requests for extra towels and supplies without hesitation and even helped direct my guests to the correct room smoothly. "Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!"

"Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room."
