"We have booked a specific apartment: 60m2, with balcony, but we got a smaller one. When it was mentioned, we were told that this is what we get and it is better than what we have booked (?). The cleanliness was also on an at least questionable level. Nevertheless, the host was communicatve and when asked, we were offered with free parking in the garage (otherwise 15 EUR/day), as a small compensation."
