Black Gallo Residences was the highlight of our Belgrade trip. The apartment was spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay from fast Wi‑Fi and an in room Nespresso coffee machine. The location is unbeatable: right in Stari Grad, just steps from Knez Mihailova Street, great cafés, and major sights, yet quiet enough for a restful night. Check‑in was smooth, the staff were friendly and super helpful with requests wotb assisting with lost luggage with the airline.

The room was very clean. Located on the edge of the city center/pedestrian area. Walkable to most major sites. Parking a couple blocks away. The only thing I think could be improved is getting access information before you're at the door.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. Great value!!

This is a very large and very well-decorated apartment in a very good location for sightseeing in Belgrade and lots of dining options nearby. Only thing I would suggest would be helpful are towel racks in the bathroom or dishwashing soap or soap for the dishwasher. Shower Gel container in bathroom was empty.

Pros : good location, modern suite, good AC, comfortable bed Cons: no elevator access to the level where the rooms are located - have to climb 2.5 flights of stairs, breakfast starts at 9am in a nicotine filled cafe - no other option available if you have a tour or early flight (we requested a refund since could only use 1 out of 3 mornings), rough toilet paper, no shelf in shower, only two towel hangers, no daily housekeeping unless requested, no toiletries at all - not even tissues, blow dryer not mounted with an attached heavy casing that dangles, smelly drain pipes, hard pillows without an option for anything else, the icing on the cake - a rude and un empathetic receptionist (Jelena).

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable. The best thing about it was the location—smack in the middle of the old town. There were a few things, though, that were missing and would have made the place a real home away from home: a microwave and toaster in the kitchen, more than three coat hangers in the closet, facial tissues in the bedroom, and towel hooks and bars in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, actually it was very big in every way, bathroom, hallway with kitchen amenities and bedroom, very happy with the size. The only problem was how to find it, Google map sent driver to a nearby street, we had to ask many people and sent multiple messages to hotel to find it. Also, there was no elevator, the staff helped us carry the luggage up. Other than that, the location and convenience were excellent, we loved it very much. I just hope they could put some kitchen towel and facial tissue, and the hair dryer was in a closet next to the sink, made it very hard to blow dry my hair. Anyway we left it was a very nice hotel.

We stayed there for just a few days, and the location is perfect. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and neat, with a modern design in the old town. During our stay, we did not have any interactions with the staff. There were a couple of minor issues, and our attempts to contact the owner or staff were unsuccessful. They haven't responded to our messages. However, our stay was positive.
