"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. "The location is accessible to north and central Riyadh. The check-in was quick, and the staff were generally nice. While the hotel looks new, it is not yet fully functional. "it was a pleasant stay and staff KARTHI (waiter) is beyond expectations. He is very observant of my drinks & coffees. The moment i sat, he came greeting me with my favorite coffee without being asked/told. Overall, all staffs are very accommodating & warm."
