The best hotel that I've stayed in all of KSA. الحمد لله I'm receiving cancer treatment in Riyadh and sometimes have to take test in Qassim, so I'll stay at Ramada. I stay in a suite #811 which is always comfortable. Check in is quick and easy. Staff is always nice and professional. Some of the staff I'd like to acknowledge are Abdul Malik (reception) and Mr. Amr (manager). Parking is on site and easy. This visit was the same with the exception of two things. 1. There was a sewage scent coming from the master bathroom. 2. We ordered the American breakfast, but instead was given the Arabic breakfast and was told that was the only one they had only when it was delivered. الحمد لله they didn't charge us for it. I appreciate that, but perhaps the menu could be updated and guest told at the time of ordering, what's available. The city of Bukhariya is small and does have many options for breakfast. Nice stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Ramad. Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. I received an upgrade and had the two suites next to each other. The suites were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area ariund the hotel had all services we needed. The breakfast was good and the dining hall was nice and neat though small. I surely recommend this hotel.

الغرف ممتازه لكن وجدت صعوبة فالدخول نظرا لان موظفي الاستقبال لايعرفون موقع هوتيل وطالبوني بدفع المبلغ مجددا حتى تم الاتصال بالموقع وحل المشكله خدمات الطعام سيئه للغايه الفطور غير طازج وغير متنوع لايرتقي لفنادق الخمس نجوم لكن هو افضل الموجود في منطقة القصيم .
