"Very nice and spacious 1 bedroom suite. Property is great location for visiting downtown and Roosevelt Row. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. Very popular rooftop bar for the night revelry. Staff are excellent and attentive. Nice lobby restaurant and bar with inside and outside seating. I do recommend using the on site valet as free public parking is scarce."

"According to my confirmation statement we were to get 2 free breakfasts, but we did not receive any nor were any mentioned as available when I asked about them aat check in. The happy hour in the bar was good. The hotel is located across the street from the Mortgage Match Up Center for the Santana concert. The hardest part about the weekend was finding the parking at the hotel."

"Perfect place to stay when visiting the Phoenix downtown area as it's within walking distance to many venues. Yes, valet parking is only option but in/out privileges makes that a great deal, as well. This is my 2nd visit, and definitely not my last. Dona"

"The breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. However, I was disappointed to discover an unanticipated $32 parking fee, which I found to be quite excessive. I would suggest that management consider reinvesting in the lobby furnishings, as the chairs appeared noticeably worn."
