"The booking was after 7:00 PM and the hotel manager made time to show the entire home room by room, explain the amenities, and walk the grounds to enhance the experience. The tour included a detailed list of local attractions including Angeles City, local fresh food market, options for transportation, and the massive SM Mall. "Location’s close to SM so it’s very convenient. It’s at the middle of a busy road, so it can feel a little suspicious. Staff are very friendly and accomodating! "

"We had a lot of 2 large luggage and 4 carry ons when we arrived at the front, but there was no help until we stepped inside the building. The security and guest associate just looked at as and at least opened the glass doors. My mother is elderly also she struggles to walk on her own, so my priority was her safety. Everything else is great, perhaps a bit of critical thinking from the staff wouldve made this review a 5 star."

"The room itself was generally okay for a short stay, but there were a few things that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The restroom could have been cleaner upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen area was quite limited in terms of utensils and basic supplies, making it a bit challenging even for couple people."

"This is within a vacation resort that is still under development. Owner's caretaker/agent is a real estate agent for the resort and offers options to buy a lot, or condominum. No information was provided ahead of time about the additional fees charged to use amenities within the resort such as the swimming pool and access to the beach. "
