"The view was fantastic. Amenities all checked out. The walk is about a mile to old town Newport. Great for healthy walkers but a bit of a walk for others. We did not use the pool but it looked great when we walked through it to check out the docks.
Staff was great. Kitchen had most everything we needed...everything you would expect. Would definitely come back!"

"We were very excited to find the Anchor Inn online, it looked inviting and fun. The grounds have had a lot of work done on them and can provide fun for families.
However, our stay was very different. Although staff was friendly and helpful when we interacted with them, we rarely ever saw them. We will not be choosing to stay there again for the following reasons:
