"When I Indicated to the Landlord that one of the Tenants was being Very NOISY, he Spoke with her Immediately, and when she Refused to Comply, he Kindly Asked her to Leave! I was able to Wash and Dry my Clothes at a Reasonable Price. The Landlord Needs to Do the Following concerning the Noise: 1. Softer Slippers 2. Put a Sign stating: Tenants are to Walk Softly, and. Not Run Up and Down the Stairs 3. Carpet the Stairwell. It's Wooden and therefore Makes Plenty Noise when walking or Running...

"Booked with the Chelsea after AC broke in my condo during a heat wave in Toronto. It was a lovely impromptu night. The pool was a great way for my son and I to cool down, and the AC was top tier:) lots of shops, bars, and entertainment close by. Rooms were clean and cozy. Thx Chelsea "
