"The staff were very helpful. The room was extremely clean and roomy. We had the two queens Suite and it was wonderful. I had specified that we would like extra towels and linens for the trundle and they were in the room when we arrived. Excellent customer service in the breakfast area. "I wasn't expecting to find a place like the Arrow Hotel in a small town like Broken Bow, but man, was I impressed. This place has character—like, actual history and charm, not that fake old-timey stuff slapped together with barnwood wallpaper.
