"Staff was amazing. Front desk JACOB was so professional and helpful!! I can’t say enough good things about the front desk clerk who helped us during our stay. On an extremely cold night, they took the time to help us find a jump for our car and did so with patience, kindness, and total professionalism. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated. They are a real asset to this hotel And deserves a raise.
Room was clean and nice and warm when we arrived after being outside on a below zero...

"The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We got in earlier than expected, and they had a room for us. Then the bed was very comfortable and the curtains were blackout so we both slept later than expected. I messaged the front desk hoping for a slightly later checkout and they accommodated us with an extra hour which was nice not to rush. Would absolutely stay again if we’re in the area! "
