"The hotels location is great, the hotel was super clean. The only issue we had, was we went there for an event that started at 5:30pm, and we arrived at 2pm, there were hundreds of people waiting to be checked in, but they refused to start checking people in any earlier than 3pm despite having the rooms ready. There was people waiting in line, drinking and getting ready in the bathrooms and lobby for the event, and still they wouldn’t start checking people in to limit the wait for anyone....

"The room looked really great. We had such an amazing few of downtown from our floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful when trying to navigate things to do in the area. The bar/lounge was a nice touch to the hotel and the food was amazing. The hotel was near so many things such as other bars and restaurants that were in walking distance from the hotel. I came with a group of seven for a work conference and they were extremely organized and made everything so smooth, including some administrative follow up I needed for my company. I booked with breakfast vouchers and it was a generous amount that could also be utilized for breakfast room service which was a great touch."

"The hot tub was kind of small. Our bed was kind of uncomfortable and the pillows were the worst. They were small and not supportive at all. The staff was nice and helpful but there was a long checking in line when we got there. We had to stand around and wait. The hotel was nice and clean though."

"Excellent location - very nice staff - fantastic bar. The ONLY downside is their weird bathroom set up. Why have a window in the shower that looks out to the bed? More importantly, WHY is there an automatic light in the bathroom? So when a person gets up at 2am to use the restroom, the light automatically comes on, and then the partner that is in the bed gets woken up by the light. This makes no sense. Other than this annoyance, everything else was great."

When we first got to the hotel the checkin lady was short and she made sure to stress that we booked second party, like it was a terrible thing. I compared prices from their sight and expedia.com and there was a significant difference for the same reservation, so i chose Expedia. The breakfast was good. Made to order eggs, any way you like them. There was an extremely LOUD fight in the hallway at 2 a.m. that went on for at least 20...
