"This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to the ballpark, lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel is clean, but a little rundown. One of the shower soap dispensers was broken - just left on the side of the tub, marks on the walls, could use some painting. Quiet - couldn't hear any neighbors. Ample parking."
