"Placed a travel basketball team on the 4th floor above everyone and allowed them to dribble basketballs in the room at all hours of the night while parents got drunk in the lobby. Did nothing when I notified them and backed out of giving me a refund for one night. Ran by children, DONT GO"

"Despite the strong smell of chemicals that burned my eyes the moment I entered the swim/hot-tub area, the hot tub itself was so gross!! It literally had a dark gray/green slime and dirt all along the inside edge (where you sit/put your back up against). This was so absolutely disguisting, and there was scum floating on top of it. It was obvious that chemicals were just poured in without actually ever scrubbing down the edges and insides of the hot tub itself. The continental breakfast was all...
