"I was double charged, bought my stay and passes through expedia. Upon arrival they took my card and said there would be a 5 charge but would drop off. By the time I got in my room they had charged my card 618 dollars, when I immediately went back to front desk, they said it was for the room and parking for the 2 nights, I explained I already paid . They said again it would drop off after they were paid by expedia. Well for 2 nights 3 days I tried to get them to explain and remove the charges. I...

"We’ve stayed there 5 or 6 times, as it is a convenient stopover on a long trip we take every summer. Very nice hotel in a town that is a mixed bag. Thus the reasonable price. Very clean, great staff, good breakfast buffet. No complaint with hotel. Expedia, however, added a $10 extra charge for third room occupant in a double room. Could have done without that. Nothing to do with hotel."
