The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it."

"Our stay at the comfort Inn was awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful from check in to check out! The property was clean and the location was minutes from family that we came in to visit! We will definitely stay here again!"

But overall the bed was comfortable. And the amenities were great. The shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient and the continental breakfast was great!!"

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."
