Hotel Butik di Maryland Tengah

"When we arrived there was a lot of activity in the hotel, they had 2 functions running and you couldn't hear what the Front Desk Agent had to say, whilst she wonderful and did her best I felt we didn't get the experience we could have had. The room was clean and well kept but our room was next to the elevators - so when the event finished late at night we heard all of the continued celebrations of the people also located on our floor. They appeared to have a very good time. I would have to say...

"Location was perfect. Beds were excellent. Web site is miss leading about the amenities per room class. I suggest calling to confirm anything that is important to you. A/C barely worked, staff did nothing about it."

The entire staff—from valet to housekeeping to management—were extremely professional and made me feel like I was staying somewhere truly upscale. The level of service really stood out; they treated you like you mattered. The hotel itself has a great vibe, beautiful views, and an overall polished, high-end feel. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that combines comfort with a luxury experience"
