However, i have to say if you call the hotel and want anything - like a receipt, credit for staying, or to just check whether they found something you might have left behind, finding an actual human to talk to might be impossible. Marriott is fine as long as you are on premises - after that its all next to impossible to get assistance. "The staff are helpful and friendly, and the only reason this hotel gets any stars. The lobby has an unbearably strong perfume smell. Like something died in there and they are trying to cover it up with perfume. Then you go to the elevator and it’s a different fragrance but equally overpowering. Stains all over the hallway carpet makes me think people puke there regularly. My room was missing a couch. You could clearly see the outline of the missing furniture as evident by the discolored paint....

"Very cool historic hotel 1.8 miles from the Fonda Theatre. The rooms were cute tho no coffee in room. Have to buy it next door. Great bar/restaurant with nice happy hour and great wines and short rib tacos. It was open late too!"
