"I stayed here for a graduation at MIU. I flew from New York to DSM International Airport and drove 2 hours to get there. The hotel was cleaner than what I thought. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and not bad at all. Room was very clean. I really can't complain about this place. I thought it was going to be worse but it wasn't. On the contrary, it was clean and well maintained. I would recommend it."

"The hotel was updated and clean, but our water actually shut off in the middle of taking a shower. When the front desk was contacted, they claimed it was because everyone was showering at once and to be patient. Just to clarify, the water pressure wasn’t poor. There was literally no water coming out of the shower head."

It’s so clean and the pool is always clean with towels ready to go! The staff is so helpful & nice they even offer fans if you need one to help you sleep! "The hot tub was diry, the maintenance guy needed to clean it. The breakfast was fine. The manager should have gave me the $80 first night, then the same price the next 3 nights. He refused. He claimed he wouldn't get to keep his job if he saved me money. "
