"The hotel is centrally located in downtown Bloomington. That is the only benefit. The bar closed early so we could not get dinner. The pool is way too small but the biggest issue was the air conditioning. Every time it kicked on it woke me up. I got no sleep and will not stay here again."

"Very clean hotel. Staff were very nice and courteous. My only knock is it is in kind of a noisy area. Big trash truck picked up dumpsters at 4am, and the trains run until midnight, other than that I would highly recommend."

"Favorite hotel to stop at between Minnesota and North Carolina. The staff are kind, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the happy hour and breakfast options are wonderful. We always travel with our dog and have never had any issues (no barking, loud noises, etc). We will do longer/shorter travel days just to stay here. Highly recommend."

"The room was not cleaned after we got there. Had to ask for towels. A room should never back up against an elevator, noisy 24 hrs a day. A smoke detector started going off at 1:00am. I had to go to the front desk and it was sitting right there. I asked the guy to take it somewhere where we couldn't hear it. Around 7:00, it started again, this time I asked him to put it outside."

"No elevator. The outside key card entrance door did not lock and the room door privacy lock was gone. The building is old and interior hallways look unkempt. Surprisingly, the bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty clean."

"Check in Check out were pleasant and quick. We could hear the couple’s next door conversation and other activities."

"Property seemed run down, rooms were plain and little character. We interacted with 3 front desk employees. Only the last person we dealt with was pleasant or inviting. Overall an ok stay but after walking around town, realized there were multiple better options to stay."
