I really appreciated the extra pool and beach towels they provided. *If the listing still says there is a poolside restaurant and beach loungers -this is incorrect and something the hotels has been trying to get Expedia to take down. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach for a reasonable price."

"The location is perfect!! It’s right on the beach and right by the Cocoa Beach Pier!! The beach was beautiful and quiet. The beach shops and restaurants were super cute and nice. Our first room was in the old building. It was a small room but it was clean but once we sat down on the bed there was a cockroach that crawled across my daughter. She had a panic attack about it. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to upgrade to a suite in the newer building with a private balcony...
