"Unfortunately we were locked out our first night and had to sleep in the car. I never received an email that the check in code changed after entering and didnt have a new code to get in my door. Additionally i emailed the owner after booking to confirm it was okay to leave my car while I went in a 7 day cruise. The owner said it was not problem at all and told me the spot number to park in. Upon return from our cruise we had a sticker from law enforcement saying it was going to be towed....

"Beach view was incredible. It was unobstructed and gorgeous. Great, easy access to the beach. Outdoor pool was heated to perfection. Loved that the putt putt golf was included (a really nice little course). The room served it's purpose, and while the kitchen is small- it is stocked with all the items you need. "Amazing place to stay in Sebastian. Walking distance from several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant with the best garlic rolls we've ever had and some of the best pizza! We took a few day trips out to Sebastian Inlet State Park and saw dolphins, manatees, crabs, a sting ray and lots of fish. We think snorkeling there will be better in the summer time. "This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend...

"Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay. We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...

"Love this place! Stayed here for new years. Everything was so close. Walked to the beach and bars. Staff was so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay again. "

"The condo is very clean and appeared to be new. The digital check-in process worked well. We had trouble figuring out the TV, called for help and we received a response within minutes. The complex has a beautifully decorated lobby, a gym with lots of equipment, and a wonderful pool (not heated). My only complaint was that, being on the main floor, we could hear the tenants above us (walking around, shower, toilet flushing). "
