"The original room we were given was dirty. The bed was covered in animal hair and there was hair in the shower. The staff on duty immediately changed our room. The new room was clean. They only had one working elevator which was not posted. This caused a lot of issues on check out day because a lot of people were cruising out of the Port. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle mix was old, food was not replenished and what was left was very cold. The kitchen staff was not helpful when told about...

"My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and were able to travel to NASA and Orlando easily. The hotel is in a great location with easy beach access. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend."
