"This hotel is a really perfect balance of history and renovated amenities. The staff were incredible all around. Rooms were nice and comfortable and quiet. The pool needs a but more care as it is popular with the birds but otherwise the roof is amazing and I enjoyed it every day I was there. "Very good breakfast, omlette and cheese especially. Staff very helpful. Tour desk available, as well taxi transfer to the airport. Area is in general quite, close to metro stations, we walked to Central station and bus station to get to Valparaiso and Vina del mar."

"The hotel is very cool. The room was very spacious, quiet and had a great view. The breakfast on the terrace was wonderful and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Being able to park our car was definitely convenient. The location is great, it gave us the opportunity to see the city as we walk to the touristic area"
