Esperoencia ruim

Dentro do esperado, porem, cama do quarto bem apertada no ambiente e muito barulho de malas passando na frente ainda de nadrugada de pessoas fazendo checkout. Quarto na pasagem. Tivemos um incidente e o dono do hotel, Franciscoz foi muito infeliz e deselegante na conducao.

Interesting and beautiful place to stay. Barrel rooms are comfortable. Staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Food at the restaurant was fantastic. Shower was not the best.

A very special place!

The place is very special, considering you stay inside a wine barrel. However, that comes with some challenges such as lack of storage space, but this didn’t impact on our experience much. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool and chairs around it are a nice touch. The breakfast is amazing with lots of fresh local produce! Would definitely recommend and return when we are in Chile again!

Literally set in a vineyard the rooms could be twee being set in ( very large) upturned wine barrels, but is fun. Noting though that there really is no soundproofing so as we were pretty much the only people there perhaps things change with more guests

Set in the vineyard, walk through the grape vines and fruit trees to your room in a wine barrel! What's not to like. Sound proofing not optimal of course, but good food and attentive staff. Santa Cruz town is very pleasant and walkable just a short drive away.

The experience of spending the night in a giant wine barrel was memorable. The staff was super accommodating. The property is very well maintained, clean and safe. The value of the accommodations for the price was excellent. The location is convenient to tour the surrounding vineyards. I highly recommend this property.

Incrível!!!! Hotel rústico, mas muito aconchegante, funcionários super cordiais, ambiente limpo, quarto dentro da barrica de vinho, com TV, ar condicionado e um banheiro enorme com aquecedor de toalhas e secador de cabelo. Café da manhã ótimo e opção de restaurante para quem quiser jantar a noite. (A parte) Piscina com espreguiçadeiras. Próximo de todas as melhores vinícolas.

Dormir em um barril ao meio de um vinhedo

É uma experiência diferenciada pois dormimos em um quarto em forma de barril, porém bastante confortável e seguro. Cuidado ao reservar pois alguns quartos tem o banheiro no subsolo com acesso por escadas. Inconveniente para criança ou idoso dependentes. Lindo parque com espaços ao ar livre para picnic e churrascos. Também oferece oforu e massagens.

Sleeping inside a giant wine barrel is probably the most unique stay we've ever had. The shower and toilet is downstairs below the barrel and could be difficult for those with limited mobility. I think they have other barrels with the the bathroom on the same floor. The staff was extremely helpful and they made our winery tour reservations for us which was added to our room bill instead of paying the winery directly. Besisdes the hotel restaurant, there are no options for dining nearby. The included breakfast starts at 0900 so we needed to snack before.

Tudo certo com estadia. Achei o banheiro muito frio, pois não tem calefação. E o quarto achei escuro e a cama pequena para casal. O café da manhã tinha o suco muito doce e não tinha opção sem açúcar.No mais o atendimento era ótimo.
