"I had requested an early check in if possible as I was arriving early after an overnight flight and only had a few hours to explore Santiago before catching a flight the next morning. I was shocked they were able to get me in a room at 10 am when I arrived which was wonderful as I desperately needed to shower and freshen up. The man who checked me in was very kind.
