We were visiting from Canada and spent 6 nights at this hotel. For the most part, it was a nice and comfortable stay. The biggest challenge we had while visiting this area was the language barrier, but a few of the staff here actually spoke some English, which made things much easier for us. Keep in mind this is a hotel that caters mostly to business travellers, this is not a big tourist area like Santiago. Highlights; - The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating - The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept - The breakfast buffet is fresh with lots of good options - The hotel restaurant is excellent - Daily housekeeping is efficient and consistent - There is lots of shopping/food/coffee options right on the property, or within walking distance of the hotel Room for improvement;

El hotel, la habitación, los comedores impecables. Solo un punto que no me gustó, la iluminación en los baños, esta muy alta y solo da sombras en la cara. Yo que iba a un evento, fue complicado para poder maquilarme en el baño o en cualquiera de los espejos de la habitación, a lo mejor colocar un adicional al muro de esos que se mueven y con iluminación. Hasta para mi marido afeitares fue incomodo. Muchas gracias

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit geräumigigen Zimmern, einem empfehlenswertem Restaurant, sehr leckerem Frühstück und einem phantastischen Blick auf die Anden. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Einkaufzentrum - sehr praktisch und bietet auch kostenlose parkplätze in der Tiefgarage. Einzig die Klimaanlage liess sich nicht ausstellen. Wir waren auf Durchreise und haben 2 Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und werde bestimmt wieden buchen, wenn ich in der Gegend bin. Vielen Dank an die Hotelmannschaft!

El Hotel se ubica en un mall, por lo que lo hace una excelente opción si necesitas varios tipos de servicios y estacionamiento gratis. Linda vista, muy bien decorado, funcional, buen desayuno tal vez faltan más opciones para alérgicos (sin gluten, lacteos, huevo, etc.) Cama MUY blanda, almohadas duras.

Buena alternativa

Nos sorprendió de buena manera, lugar cómodo, linda habitación y baño, todo limpio, bonita y moderna decoración, lo único que no me gustó fueron las almohadas, demasiado gruesas, no pude dormir bien, la cabeza me quedaba torcida, todo lo demás buenísimo, el desayuno buffet exquisito.
