"The room refrigerator and bathtub was dirty, the small bathroom window screen was torn, the bathroom light above the only mirror in the room had 2 of the 3 bulbs were out. The sheets and towel were clean but stiff, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. "

"Staff is excellent; friendly, helpful, and ready to answer questions. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and filling. Staff was ready to fill any dishes running low. Areas of needed improvement: water pressure in shower and remodel updates are required. "

"Staff was nice and room was clean and spacious, but has a stupid design, as the bed is only about 10 inches from the heater/air conditioner, so it is hard for an older person to navigate getting in and out of bed on that side and it blows right on the bed. This had the worst shower I've had in years. The low flow shower head was so low flow that I couldn't get warm and had to straddle the tub faucet and stand right up against the wall or adjust the shower head so 6 strands of water came out...
