"Pool areas had low water, broken lounge chairs and over flowing garbage and towel cans. Obvious that there are issues with staffing for housekeeping and pool maintenance. Lounge chairs have been clean d in a while and my feet were dirty after 20 minutes walking on the floors in the suite."

"This location was gorgeous. Everything about it was top notch. The grounds were impeccably kept, Every single staff member was friendly but professional. There wasn't a thing that was left out. This was our last day before we flew out of Phoenix, after traveling for a week. It was a beautiful last hurrah. The food and drinks were fantastic. Would love to stay here again."
