Instead we got a wonderful hotel with a huge room, full kitchenette, large bathroom with toiletries included, large living area in the room, two queen beds, free breakfast and super nice staff! "This turned out to be the most perfect family-friendly hotel! The building is well-built so that there is adequate soundproofing between rooms. We never heard a peep from adjacent or overhead rooms, even with a full hotel. The beds are comfortable. The staff is AMAZING! It’s rare to see so many people care about doing a good job- the friendliest, best customer service I’ve ever gotten at any hotel and we travel A LOT for baseball.
