"Cute building, but really creaky stairs and the bathtub didn't hold water. Breakfast was tasty enough but less than we were expecting. Otherwise the room was clean and no major complaints about the stay"

"We reserved and stayed at the two bedroom and it was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the blackout shades were great. Loved the hotel and everything was clean."

"Proximity to the Fox Theater was great. Staff was friendly and helped with questions regarding parking and location of amenities for the breakfast and use of entertainment ticket use. The room was small but clean and quiet. Parking i erflow area and payment was a bit confusing, paid double parking because of a misunderstanding. Overall I would stay there again and recommend the Ruby!"

"The room itself was fine - clean and comfortable. The property overall appeared clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The free "breakfast" was one of the worst I have encountered at similar motels or hotels that offer free breakfasts. Mostly prepackaged "food-like products", and other unhealthy offerings. Lots of carbs, only white bread, little protein, very little for vegetarians, etc. They need to up their game on breakfast offerings."

"The rooms are standard, but nice and clean. The breakfast buffet is better than your usual fare - pretty impressive. And the workout room is also better than expected. Nice place to stay in Spokane."

"Checked in past midnight and the room was so comfortable and the showers actually have HOT showers! 😍 Front desk ladies were kind, and so wonderful and special tha ks to Thoko at the front desk helped to coordinate a late check out so we could get some good rest in. Breakfast was... not so great. Just frozen breakfast sandwiches you can heat up in the microwave, cereal, waffles, and bagels/toast. The fruit was kind of sad looking, and there were no sugar alternative options at all. No sugar...
