"The front desk staff were helpful and friendly and came to our room to show us around. The pool area has several different seating areas and was well used by the guests. The hotel is in a very central spot and minutes away from the train station. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Florence!"

"Giovanni at the front desk was absolutely amazing! He booked our dinners for us, fixed anything we needed help with, all with kindness and care. The breakfast was AMAZING and included. The air conditioning was a bit slow, but at least we had it! Room was smaller than expected, but central location was superb!"

"Kudos!!! to the manager Antonio Remaschi My stay at the Baglioni was a very pleasant one ! I have to put this on record, the best shower pressure ever :-) truly a treat. I didn’t have a great start during my stay with some confusion regarding drinking water and a staff member ( a lady ) on the 5th floor reception sounding rude and almost dismissive of my concern. Hopefully this is looked into. However the floor manager was kind and resolved my issue. The breakfast was lavish and delightful!...
