"This hotel is in the midst of a major construction upgrade. We had one of the newly upgraded rooms which was very nice. The whole property, including the lobby, is essentially a “construction yard”. All be it off to one side, there was a huge pile of boxes of construction materials in the lobby. “The breakfast” was virtually non-exsistent - consisting of no more than two or three choices of cereals and a tub of apples and coffee. We had no advanced warning that the hotel would be in is state. We are Wyndham members and as has been our experience in other hotels, getting Wyndham Points for our account is a challenge. There is “always” an excuse as to why our reservation does “is ineligible” for Wyndham points! Thankfully the weather was wonderful. It brightened “our weekend away”!"

"⸻ I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely small and felt cramped, making it uncomfortable for even a short visit. Basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even a drinking cup provided, which is something you expect as a standard. To make matters worse, the heater was not working, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was also no elevator, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The most frustrating part of the experience was the management. They were unhelpful and came across as rude when concerns were raised, which made the situation even worse. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made."
