"This was the worst hotel experience. We checked in and our room had an ant infestation. There was a huge pile in the bathroom. The ants were also all over the common room and in the towels. It was 10pm so we didn’t have anywhere else to go at this point. We called the front and the man at the front brought up a can of Raid spray…. To spray in a room that already had no air circulation due to no air conditioning. After we told them that would not work, they had us move rooms. The new room still...

"This was a clean and comfortable hotel, only five minutes away from the Solemar Academy (language school), the train station and the beach. There was a well-stocked supermarket about three minutes away and it was a pleasant ten-minute walk into the historic town centre. A decent breakfast was provided and although the bar was closed when I arrived, it subsequently opened (late April). There was a good selection of places to sit outside including a solarium (terrace with jacuzzi) at the top....
