Across SM mall. Very accessible.

I love it there. Easy access and across the SM mall. The view at night was amazing and facilities was good too. I stayed in a condo so I only ask question at front desk but nothing I need to address any concern during my stay. It's affordable too and so accessible. We enjoyed the pool and we want to stay there again.

It was one of our best stay as a family. We were provided the best option for our accomodation and our agent were very accomodating and very keen to every details and addresses our queries effectively.

The property is just about 2mins walk to SMCity Mall very convenient. However, the place itself has cockroaches, bad smell towels, wifi password not visible, you need to contact host and took a bit of time to respond.

Terrible hotel, I live and travel over 50 nights a year and this is the worst I have ever experienced, elevators didn't work, swimming pool was closed and pictures must be from the hotel opening

Internet didn’t work. There was stop in the sink so the water didn’t ran out. Pool was closed. Noisy aircon. Cockroaches . Worse was the extra bed, there were no bed, only pillows on the floor.

This place had no drinking water in room . Had water in lobby if have container . If get late bring your water . The mall across road is closed. I didn’t see any place buy water near by . If want watch tv you need your on membership to watch Netflix or any of apps . Sink dish towel needs be washed. Crack around Aircon . The elevator was super busy .

We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating than this. Some people will take advantage of calamities instead of help tourists to have a better stay.

２日間利用させて頂きました。 ＳＭモールの近くで立地は最高です! 室内はベット２つとなっていましたが大きいベッドとマットレスが角にあったので床に敷いて利用しました。 画像とは多少異なる点はありますがエアコンの効きもよく寝る分には支障はありませんでした。 シャワーの水漏れが酷く半分以下の水量で浴びるのは苦労しますが値段も安いのでそんなものでしょう。 完璧を求める方は選ばないほうが良いですが、コストパフォーマンスは最高です。 ありがとうございました。
