Cebu IT Park

Cebu I.T. Park is an impressive business hub flanked by modern skyscrapers and impressive feats of architecture. It spans an area of 59 acres (24 hectares) and has become known as a hub for information technology firms. Appreciate the scenic setting of the green lawns and gardens between these urban behemoths.

IBM, Microsoft, Epson and many other computer and financial companies have set up bases in this business bubble, with companies regularly moving in and out. Upscale residences with luxury amenities, such as lavish swimming pools and leisure centers, have sprung up in the park.

Gaze up at the skyscrapers around the park that give the impression of a futuristic and enterprising zone. Enjoy a picnic with family and friends on one of the green patches. Many joggers make their morning and evening runs around this pleasant dog-friendly area. Rest at one of the neighborhood spas and wellness centers after a day of shopping and sightseeing.

Relax at a café or restaurant in The Walk building, which is one of the few sections of the park not dedicated to IT. The building’s diverse array of options ranges from Philippine food to international cuisine and fast-food outlets. Come with friends in the evening to some of the busy bars in this building and around the park.

Learn how the site was developed at the end of the 20th century by the Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation. It stands on the former location of the city’s main airport.

The Cebu I.T. Park is a 15-minute walk north from the Carmelite Monastery and the Ayala Center in the eastern Lahug part of the city. Get a bus or jeepney to the stops of the I.T. Park or Cebu Country Club. Visit nearby attractions, such as the University of Southern Philippines, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and the St. Therese Church.
