Fake smiles, employees, and, service.
Old hotel. Rooms are not worth the price paid. Bathrooms are old and dirty. No shower curtain. Water all over floor always. Tv reception is bad. Wifi slow. Restaurant food below average. Many times told "item not available sir." Most disappointed with customer service and management. Had problem with dirty table at breakfast. Noticed all tables and table cloths were dirty. Politely wiped my own table, then, complained. Then, was basicallly argued with and laughed at by 4 or 5 employees. Could not believe this treatment! Asked to speak to owner of hotel. "Not available sir." Asked when owner would arrive? "Don't know sir." Asked for owner's phone number. "Don't have it sir." Asked for hotel manager. "Not here yet sir." Asked for manager's time of arrival? "Not sure sir." On and on. Unbelievable treatment and service!! Disgusting! Thought i had experienced bad treatment in the philippines before this. Wow, was i wrong! What's the worst, is, your stuck many times like this in the philippines. Nowhere to go for help. So sad. It's 2020, and, the philippines still has no uniform concept of how to deal with basic problems and complaints.
