Our stay in this hotel is awesome since we were able to sleep well with a quiet and safe environment. It is very accessible since it is situated in the middle of the city.

Good place

Great location to see the old part of the city. Discos play music loud in this area on weekends and you can hear it in your room until 4am. Not the hotels fault staff friendly and good security

GV Tower is a modern building, with kind staff and located downtown qalking distance from Cebu must-see Santo Niño Basilica. Unfortunately my room was infested by cockroaches and bugs - wich I suspect affects all the other rooms. Also the bed sheet was dusty. Morevover the air-con is at same height of the bed and that makes it unhealthy. On top of that the window's glasses are thin and depiste being a high-rise it's very noisy. It is a budget hotel, so the price is very attractive, but the cons vastly outbumber the cons. If you have problems with roaches don't go there.

Don't stay here

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The check in process was painfully slow. The room we were given was disgusting, it was dirty, the sockets were falling off the walls, there was a cockroach in the sink and ants crawling all over the bathroom. The bedding was grubby with hairs on, the floors looked lile they hadn't been washed in years and the walls have never seen a lick of paint since it was built. We were so grossed out we felt dirty. We asked to change rooms and the reception girl didn't apologise for the state of the room but let us see another. It was still dirty but the sockets were in tact and there was no bugs. We took it but chose not to shower until our next destination the next morning. The entrance has guards and the lobby is nice but the room was an absolute disappointment. We went to the airport early we couldnt wait to get out. The streets are also extremely dirty and noisy. Cebu city wasn't for us.

No Frills

it's simply a no-frills hotel, and expect simple accommodations. I arrived about seven hours earlier than the actual check-in, and since my reserved room was available I was allowed an early check-in with no extra cost. I had a good view of downtown Cebu from my 10th floor room. It's also a good 5-7 leisurely walk to the cathedral, basilica, Magellan's cross.

Close hotel to the South bus station

Small rooms with an old furniture. You get what you pay. Close to the South bus station. So it's a good choice if you arrive at night and plan to take a bus in the morning. Not so good if you're planning to stay some days in Cebu City.

料金はかなり安い

ホテルの部屋はかなり古く、ゴキブリがいた。シャワーは悪く、バケツに水を入れて、使う感じだった。 外出中、滞在ホテル近くで、スリにあい、財布を盗まれた。
