Hotel Perniagaan di Cebu City

"The hotel is very nice but for the 3rd time in our last 4 stays here the pool is out of service. Also, when we booked the room for my wife and son, the breakfast was apparently only added for my wife and I and we had to spend an additional $12 per day for my 7 yo son to eat breakfast. Next time we will not get the breakfast as it is not as good as in the past. Overall, we would book again but make sure the pool is in service."

"The staff took forever to clean my room . I told the lady at 10 am that I would want a make up room. And she even asked me for my room number and to my disappointment when I went back at 2:30!in the afternoon the room was not yet done . I called and spoke to three different front desks staff and they always told me in 3 min they will come to clean . Until finally my last call the cleaning lady came and cleaned it . For a 5 star hotel this is worst since this was the first time I experienced this...

"They won't replace towels unless asked . Put all bedding on the floor and asked to change but they just put them back on the beds. Broken towel hake. But hay you get what you pay for and the price was ok . The staff was great and the location not bad."

"Stayed at the Seda while in Cebu and I loved it. Very clean and well maintained, the breakfast buffet was some of the best food I had in Cebu with multiple options for non pork eaters like myself. Conveniently located in the IT district, a lot of surrounding late night businesses and direct access to the mall."
