"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"This is a very nice older family run property in a very convenient central location on the edge of the Jewish Ghetto and near the university. The room was clean with a compfortable bed. The bathroom was completely adequate but small. The breakfasy buffet was ample. A good value, well located choice."

"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to central Venice. We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"This is a great hotel to spend your first/last night in Italy. The shuttle service was easy to set up, the driver was prompt and easy to find at the Marco Polo airport. The hotel is quiet, away from crowded, busy places and the perfect spot to rest and relax after a long flight. It is only a 15 min drive from the airport, so very easy to access airport services and water taxis to Venice. The breakfast was far better than many other included breakfasts I had during my stay in Italy. The bar...
