"We stayed at this hotel as a family of four and had a wonderful experience! The family room was spacious and comfortable, and we absolutely loved the hotel's convenient location. A big shout-out to the friendly and welcoming staff, especially the housekeeping team, for their exceptional service and for keeping our room so clean throughout our stay! The facilities could use a little maintenance, particularly the heating system and the room's ceiling, but these were minor issues compared to our overall positive experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit."
