"Hotel was just meh. Walls, doorways, and furniture are smudged and dirty. Surfaces in the room were clean as were the floors. But the griminess of the walls, doors, and furniture was off-putting. Breakfast had a good assortment, but we were bothered by the fruit flies."

"Most impressive part of our stay was the attentiveness shown by all the employees. This was especially present with the breakfast attendants. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed."

"First, when I go to get keys for the two rooms I booked. I was overcharged for one and that my booking did not include two rooms. The price I was charged for one room was about what my reservation for two rooms was. Our rooms were on two different floors. Not ideal if we were traveling with children. Then she checks and said you have a really good rate. Upon entering the room there was a musty smell. In the bathroom on the first floor room there was mold on celling in the shower. The phone in room did not work. When we went to the front desk to get extra blankets, my wife was told come back in an hour. When she went back they only had one blankets. The room on the second floor was a little better. But had the same smell and mold in the bathroom shower. The floors were not clean. My first and last experience with Motel 6, they will not have to, "LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR ME.""

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Frederick! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed and a cozy seating area that made it easy to relax after a nearly 1,000 mile long drive. I especially appreciated the little touches—plenty of outlets, great lighting, and a well-laid-out workspace. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Frederick area!"

"Overall staff was not very outgoing, but one did help when our key card stopped working. Room big and clean, would have appreciated more choices for breakfast, and having earlier breakfast hours would be helpful. Quiet place!"
