"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"My husband and I were looking for accommodations near Venice that would not break the bank. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...

The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. "Centrally located hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Vanessa and team were very responsive to our needs even prior to our stay. One recommendation for the hotel is to change the tub-shower door/barrier as they only have the 1/3 screen barrier. If one isn’t super careful when showering, water ends up all over the floor. I know this is common in Europe but it seems like a lot of hotels are getting away from this type of shower configuration and setting up fully enclosed shower stalls. ...

"Great location! 10 minute walk to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, and water busses available everywhere. Hotel room was huge with king size bed in the loft. There was even a small kitchenette and refigerator. We also had a balcony with gray pavilion views. Checkin and checkout was easy! The bathrooms in Italy are always a challenge with toilets flushing and hot water for showers, but nothing against the location. Would definitely stay here again! "

"My party only stayed for 2 nights, so this apartment was adequate for our needs. There is only a/c in the bedroom and nowhere else, so we could not hang out in the living room. It was fine for us because we were pretty much gone all day. Beds were comfortable. Communication was challenging at times as we tried to arrange transportation to and from the airport, but all worked out in the end."

"The staff were very welcoming. Everyone spoke English with me which was great since I didn’t know nearly enough Italian to get by. The room was quaint. Not quite what I expected but very nice. The heat wasn’t working week but they had provided plenty of extra blankets. The view of the Rialto bridge and grand canal right outside my window was just perfect. Would highly recommend. "

"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island. The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am. I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one. The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient. "
