Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. "Wonderful hotel and spa, would recommend, not too far from the harbour town easily walkable with a free shuttle bus if you want it. On site restaurant is average, better food in the town with lots to choose from. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. "

"Authentic italian hotel, old fashioned decor but adds to its charm. Very clean, friendly welcoming staff. Not as difficult to reach as some reviews had stated, no5 bus from port to Moronti and follow the board walk down the beach about 10mins. May have to walk through the sand for part of it, so may not be for everyone but absolutely stunning location, paradise for sea lovers! Choice of beach bars and restaurants along the beach. "

"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. Breakfast is crowded and coffee from a machine is not acceptable, especially in the Campania region, which supposedly boasts the best espresso in Italy. Even the coffee from...

I loved walking the streets of Forio and all the restaurants close by, then coming home to the Palazzo and looking out the window to the beautiful view!!"

"Beautiful hotel with kind staff. The rooms are very clean with a beautiful view. The bus stop is just 50m from the hotel, very convenient to get around. We rented scooters through the hotel which also was very easy and the staff helped us with everything. I can definitely recommend this hotel. "
