"The staff here is friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Some small issues with pillows locking doors on porches etc. But overall good area and comfortable bedding."

"The location and shuttle bus are convenient. I arrived to the hotel around 7am for my check in at 3pm, the front desk allowed me to do an early check in for a fee, without hesitation. The staff is friendly. The location is clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The shuttle bus is on time and the driver was courteous."

"Check in was quick and simple. Rooms are large and clean. Only thing I would have liked that was not there was a fridge. We were able to store our luggage for the day to explore and when we returned the free shuttle to the airport was quick. The hotel is close to the airport but quite a distance from downtown Panamá City. If you are hoping to explore the city it may not be the property you want to stay at unless you are willing to Uber to downtown."

"The whole atmosphere and jungle setting Was incredible. It’s like stepping back in time like Jurassic park. The wild life amazing and incredible views. The only downside about the whole stay was in room 415 and the air-conditioner was not working Properly so I had very little Sleep. They staff looked at the problem but no resolución. This was the only Reason I could not Rate the resort higher."

"This hotel has published an incorrect addess on Expedia. It is not near the airport at all. In fact, it is in a less than desirable part of town. My friend, who lives in Panama City, would not even take me there. I would like a refund."

"Room clean, nice bed. The airconditioning in the room needs a fix, it makes noise in the evening. The faucet in the shouwer need a fix too. The Staff nice, friendly and very helpfull. For shopping an eating nice location. And the best the hotel offer airport transfer for a good price. "

Loved the terrace in front of our room, perfect for candlelight romantic dinner. The La Dolce Vita restaurant is a small lovely lush place and the food is world class. Villa Caprichosa is a gem!"
