"There was some confusion just prior to checkout around my room which was fully paid before arrival that left a bad taste in my mouth. No one could provide any clarity but other than that, all of our basic necessities were met as a family of 4. Loved the general area, Edgewater was lovely. "

"Both elevators did not work. Needed to climb 12 floors on foot. While checking out staff asked "how was your stay". I mentioned the elevators not working made for a poor experience. The response was "I'm sorry to hear that". Not sure what the point of asking is if there's no intention to rectify the situation."

"The breakfast was decent, the rooms were not as clean as they could have and should have been. You have to pay for parking $40 per night and if not, you have to find parking surrounding the hotel. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. There’s a TV in room, but there is no access to use your own Netflix, Hulu or other streaming service so things to watch on TV were limited. Also it is very loud in the area. I could hear everything outside inside of the room, which was a huge...

"We love this hotel and always stay here when we come to NYC. Staff is very friendly and the included breakfast is perfect. Clean and efficient rooms. And location good for getting to manhattan. 5 min walk to metro! Highly recommend."

"Great location to stay for Phish NYE @MSG! Quiet, good location near restaurants & short walk to 2 subway locations. Back of hotel parking looked sketchy, train right out back, but had a view of it from our room & can't really complain about free parking here! Nice view. Not much for amenities, but didn't come for that :) "

"The room was clean but the balcony was disgusting, seeing dirty diapers along with many cigarettes out the window is crazy. For the price I was excepting it to much cleaner."
